• Interiors by Tuda is a fast-growing interior design and home décor brand committed to making beautiful spaces more accessible through affordable luxury. We are looking for a creative, customer-focused, and results-driven Social Media & Sales Support Officer to help grow our online presence, engage customers, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's backup Instagram and TikTok accounts.

• Create engaging daily content, including images and videos, for TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Schedule and publish content across TikTok and the backup social media pages.

• Respond promptly to messages, enquiries, and comments on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.

• Follow up with both new and existing customers to build strong relationships.

• Convert customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.

• Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and product information to customers.

• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.

• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, leads, and daily follow-up activities.

• Escalate complex customer enquiries to the appropriate team members where necessary.

• Conduct after-sales follow-up to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and brand growth objectives.

• Qualification & Requirements

• Female, aged 20–30 years.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

• Sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets.

• Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Must reside within the Ago Palace Way (Okota/Ago Bridge axis) or Festac Town.

• Willing and able to work from the office four (4) days per week.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or social media management is an added advantage.
